KNOW THE FIGURES
WHERE WE DO IT

GLOBAL RTS
LEADING THE CHANGE.
We are pioneers in a global project that will revolutionize the way of understanding plastic management and manufacturing, in a sustainable way, and we are leading the change.
We inject the most diverse products always under the “sustainable injection” seal, offering environmental solutions for the industry through our products and services, always under the commitment of trying to achieve zero waste.

THE PHASES
1. Collection: Collaborating hand in hand with our clients in the direct collection of 100% of their post-consumer thermoplastic materials, together with related materials from their distribution centers such as cardboard, film, pallets, transport elements and signage, among others.
2. Recovery: Classifying, repairing and reusing suitable hangers, sending them back in perfect condition to the garment manufacturers.
3. Recycling / Transformation: The hangers not suitable for reuse, are recycled, recovering the plastic material and its properties for use in cosmetics.
HOW DOES IT WORK?WE WALK TOWARDS THE FUTURE.
The process is simple, under strict eco-design parameters, we shape the needs of our customers, we manufacture the product, and through a economy of proximity system, provide it by saving CO2 and thus the product begins its useful life, entering the circular economy chain and extending the product’s life.
Erum Group leads sustainable injection of thermoplasticswith the RTS project under the 7R philosophy of the Circular Thinking, with a process divided in 3 phases.

WHAT DO WE DO
REDESIGN + RECYCLE + RECOVER + REUSE + REPAIR + REDUCE + RE-THINK
RTS PROJECT we collect thousands of tons of plastic and metal, avoiding the generation of new plastic material, reducing C0² emissions and the enormous impact of plastic waste on our planet, reaching our goal of injecting more than 90% of recycled material into our products .

WHERE WE DO IT
LOCATED IN EUROPE, ASIA AND AMERICA.
In 2019, the project began in Asia and together with the new plant openings throughout Europe and America, it leads the market for post-industrial recycling, reuse, repair and post-consumer recycling through a paradigm shift in processes and the way of understanding the relationship with plastic.
“Return To Source”, an innovative project in which the reuse and recyclability of hangers plays a particularly important role.
