POLICY OBJECTIVE<\/h2>\n<p>Erum Group (hereinafter, &#8220;Erum&#8221;) is a group of companies primarily dedicated to the design, injection, and assembly of plastic parts, headquartered in Alcoy (Alicante, Spain) and with an international presence across five continents. Erum is committed to waste valorization, raw material reduction, and providing high value-added environmental services to clients, promoting the circular economy. <\/p>\n<p>Below, Erum&#8217;s activities in its 4 main business lines are detailed more specifically:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Retail sector: Erum specializes in the injection of various types of hangers with a sustainable approach. Additionally, it carries out hanger sorting processes for reuse, extending the life cycles of our products (known as RTS) as part of its diversification strategy and commitment to the circular economy. <\/li>\n<li>Automotive sector: Erum also manufactures vehicles, systems, or vehicle components. In the automotive field, the company applies the highest quality standards and extensive testing for other products, along with a pursuit of perfection. These are the guiding principles that define excellence in plastic injection for the automotive industry. Erum is at the forefront, utilizing the latest technology in injection and robotization processes, which ensures a perfect finish for each part in the shortest possible time.  <\/li>\n<li>Home sector: Erum engages in the commercialization and injection of plastic products for the home.<\/li>\n<li>Food packaging sector: Erum is part of ITC Packaging.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>The objective of this Policy is to establish the principles and commitments undertaken regarding quality, both in its own activity and in its relationship with its Stakeholders.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h2>2. SCOPE OF THE POLICY<\/h2>\n<p>This policy applies to the following companies of the <strong>Erum Group<\/strong><\/p>\n<h2>3. IMPLEMENTATION OF THIS POLICY<\/h2>\n<p>The Company&#8217;s Management has assigned responsibility for the smooth and effective implementation of this policy to the Operations Director and the Sustainability Director, who will be responsible for making every effort to ensure the effective implementation of this policy.<\/p>\n<h2>4. THE GROUP&#8217;S COMMITMENT TO QUALITY<\/h2>\n<p>Erum Group, within the framework of its activities in the design, injection, and assembly of plastic parts, as well as the manufacture of auxiliary components for the automotive sector, considers it a priority to focus its efforts on achieving a business model based on the quality and excellence of its products and services.
