Paving the way towards circular models

More efficient and environmentally friendly solutions for road safety.

Charting safer and more sustainable routes

The V16 signal is a state-regulated device whose use is mandatory for over 35 million vehicles in Spain. As it is made from recycled plastic, LedOne could prevent the use of 4,410 tons of virgin plastic in Spain.

An innovative approach based on eco-design and circular economy

Erum’s experience and knowledge are transferred to Erum Vial, incorporating eco-design and circular economy criteria into the ability to develop connected devices for road safety. Capable of integration into traffic management systems or mobility platforms.

An eco-design focused on improved product functionality, making it compatible with any type of vehicle. An example of this is its height, which provides greater visibility and, therefore, greater user safety.

Solutions that combine protection, circularity, and technology, consolidating a responsible and future-oriented industrial model:

LedOne

Height, visibility, safety, and manufacturing with recycled plastic aimed at driver protection.

Height, visibility, safety, and manufacturing with recycled plastic aimed at driver protection.
Thanks to its reconceptualization in the eco-design stage, LedOne stands out for its height, optimizing its visibility even in vehicles equipped with roof racks and ensuring its compatibility in all types of uses.

Manufactured in Spain with recycled plastic, it emits a luminous signal visible 360° from one kilometer away and is magnetically attached according to regulations, as well as by an adhesive, allowing it to be fixed to any type of material. Its IoT connectivity automatically sends the vehicle’s location to the DGT 3.0 platform, enabling real-time alerts and facilitating assistance management. LedOne is a success story of Erum’s circular production model, combining safety, technology, and sustainability in an essential device for future mobility.

Visibility Kit + LedOne

Extended visibility, comprehensive signaling, and connected technology for total driver protection.

The Visibility Kit + LedOne combines the technology of the connected V16 beacon with an additional signaling system designed to increase the vehicle’s visual presence in emergency situations or roadside stops. Its universal design, compatible with any V16 device, allows for easy expansion of signaling capabilities, regardless of the beacon model used.

Developed under eco-design criteria, the LED ONE Arrow incorporates a high-visibility retroreflective surface, which improves the vehicle’s passive signaling by reflecting light from other drivers’ headlights, even when the device is not activated. When integrated with a V16 beacon, the system is complemented by long-distance visible luminous signaling and IoT connectivity, allowing the vehicle’s location to be automatically transmitted to the DGT 3.0 platform and generating real-time alerts to improve road safety. Manufactured in Spain with recycled plastic and developed under Erum’s circular production model, the solution combines visibility, technology, and sustainability, reinforcing vehicle signaling and responding to the new needs of connected mobility.

LedCone

Connected safety for road work.

LedCone

LedCone represents a new generation of intelligent signaling devices that combine high visibility, robustness, and connectivity, contributing to reducing risk in work environments where safety and anticipation are essential. The device integrates high-visibility lighting with advanced connectivity, allowing real-time information to be transmitted and integrated into traffic and infrastructure management platforms. In this way, each road intervention can also become a source of strategic information, providing data on traffic conditions, environmental variables, or risk situations.

LedCone is thus positioned as a key tool for road safety and intelligent infrastructure management, combining advanced signaling, connected technology, and sustainability to improve both worker protection and driver safety.

Shall we give it a spin together?
